If you’re committed to working toward a new career and a chance at a brighter future, you may want that future to begin as soon as possible. At Remington College, taking the first step is simple!
The admission requirements for our online degree programs are very similar to the programs at our ground campuses. You can complete the admissions interview, the application and the enrollment agreement over the phone or by mail.
Steps Toward Admission
Here’s what you should do to get started:
Contact an admissions representative. Call 1-800-769-0267 today! Your admissions representative will help you learn about our programs in more detail and review your options for financial assistance.(1)
Complete an Application and Enrollment Agreement. Your admissions representative will review the Agreement with you and answer your questions during the process.
Show documented proof of your graduation from high school or the equivalent (such as a GED certificate).
Take and pass a standardized entrance test. Your admissions representative can set this up for you. This test isn’t required if you can show proof of an associate’s degree or higher from an accredited college.
Ensure that you have access to the appropriate computer hardware and software. An Internet connection and a browser are required in order to access the virtual learning environment. Details on the basic requirements for Macintosh and Windows-based computers are presented in the College Catalog.
Complete an orientation session. Once you’ve enrolled, your admissions representative can set up your orientation session. This orientation is designed to help you familiarize yourself with the virtual classroom environment, which is how your online classes will be delivered. You must successfully complete the orientation before you can begin your classes.
Arrange for payment of the program tuition and any related fees. A student finance associate will review your available financing options and can work with you to complete the required forms. You may also need to complete credit applications, financial aid applications (if you’re applying for financial aid), promissory notes, or other financial documents.(1)
For admission into your program of choice, you need to meet the preceding requirements and any program-specific requirements before your program’s first scheduled class date. Your future can start NOW – with Remington College's online programs.
Remington College’s online programs are not currently available to residents
of AR, IA, KS, MN, MT, or TN. Residents of CO may enroll in online bachelor’s
degree programs only. This list is likely to change, so if you live in one of these
states, please check back frequently.
