Family of Prospective Students
As the family member of a prospective Remington College student, you’ve probably been talking with him or her about the future and some of the educational and career options he or she is considering. Like a number of other candidates who are contemplating a return to school, however, the right educational or career path to pursue may not be clear. Perhaps the choices may depend in part on current financial circumstances at home.

Online Degrees Information

What Our Online Programs Can Offer
We realize that helping prospective students gain a better understanding of the financial aid process is critically important. So we’ve produced an easy-to-understand DVD to help your family understand how financial aid works, what the application process involves, and what financing options are available.(1) We’ll send it to your family member so that you can view it together, watch it again as many times as you need to, and share with others. (By the way: We think you’ll be interested to know that more than 80 percent of our students do qualify for financial aid.)  Additionally, we’ll present our prospective students with a customized document estimating their financial aid options and dollar amounts. The document includes a pie chart and color coding in an effort to make it easier for everyone to understand the available options and funding limits at a glance.

And There’s More…
We’ll also explain our admission standards and review our Application and Enrollment Agreement. We’ll review our degree programs in detail, along with online course availability and starting dates. Our prospective student will also participate in an online orientation session to get comfortable with the virtual learning environment. And you’ll both discover how, through one-on-one help with employment applications, resumés, and interviewing tips, we can help prepare our student - your family member - for job interviews and the “real world” that awaits after college.(2)

Call a Remington College admissions representative today, and discover for yourself our level of commitment to our students’ future success. We look forward to speaking with you soon.
