interested in applying to Remington College -

this form
to their former educational institution (most
recent) and request that their transcripts be faxed
or forwarded to Remington College - Internet
Learning Department for evaluation. The fax number
and address are just above. Please do not send this
form to the Remington College - Online Learning
Department.
If
you have 'unofficial' copies of your transcripts,
these may be faxed to Remington College - Internet
Learning Department for evaluation purposes only,
and must include transcripts from the most recent
school attended.
If
your previous institution no longer provides
transcripts due to closure, or other reasons, it is
possible the Department of Education for the state
the institution was in or the State Commissioner of
Education's office may be able to help track down
and obtain copies of transcripts.
Once an
evaluation of your 'unofficial' transcripts has
been completedand you meet
academic requirements, you will receive a
conditional acceptance email which includes several
electronic documents
and instructions necessary to
complete your application.
During the actual enrollment process, we will
request official transcripts. Unofficial
transcripts are used to determine your conditional
acceptance into the school.
What happens next?
If you qualify for
conditional acceptance and you meet the
requirements of the full application process,
including payment of the $50 application fee, you
will receive a welcome letter indicating your
acceptance into Remington College!
