System/Equipment Requirements for Online Programs To participate in one of our online programs, you need access to an Internet-connected computer. You’ll log on to classes on your own schedule and interact with your instructor and other students through a variety of methods like bulletin boards, chat rooms, e-mails, and so on. Instructors measure attendance based on how often you participate and how well you complete your activities and other assignments.
Hardware, software, and tool requirements are as follows:

Word processor capable of saving documents in a rich-text format (.rtf)
For Windows-based computers:

Online Orientation Prior to starting your program, you must successfully complete an online orientation session to acquaint yourself with the virtual environment. The online orientation session generally takes 6 to 10 hours to complete, and you can login on your own schedule over the course of 1 week to complete it. It is provided at no charge to you and if you find that you have difficulties with the environment, our support team is available to help. Remember, you must complete this orientation session successfully to be eligible to begin your online program.
Remington College’s online programs are not currently available to residents
of AR, IA, KS, MN, MT, or TN. Residents of CO may enroll in online bachelor’s degree programs only. This list is likely
